BRIEF HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT
• The department of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Extension was started on dated June, 1977 in College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Parbhani under Marathwada Agricultural University.
• The P.G. courses in the Extension department have been started in the year 2003 up till now two students have successfully completed there master degree with necessary research work . There are two seats for Post graduation in Veterinary Extension.
• Previously this college was under Marathwada Agricultural University. Since the inception of the college the academician have helped in the enhancement and to flourish the department by leaps & bounds. Development of the department in the credit of the enumerated scientists-

INFRASTRUCTURE
The department possesses one seminar hall, one audiovisual lab with audio-visual equipment to impart teaching in a conducive learning situation besides providing these facilities for conduct of seminars, conferences, workshops, meetings etc.
