NOTIFICATION FOR Ph.D. ADMISSION
( Academic Year : 2008 - 2009 )
Applications are invited from the candidates holding M.V.Sc. or equivalent degree for admission to Ph.D. Degree Course in the Faculty of Veterinary Science for the academic year 2008-09 under this University. The candidate should have obtained minimum 7.00 CGPA in 10.00 point scale (70% marks) at M.V.Sc. or equivalent degree in concerned subject.
The prospectus & application form can be obtained in person from the office of the Associate Dean of Veterinary Colleges at Nagpur, Akola, Mumbai & Parbhani under this University by submitting A/c payee Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (for Open Category candidate) and Rs.300/- (for Reserved Category candidate) drawn in favour of “Comptroller, MAFSU, Nagpur” payable at Nagpur. The same can also be obtained by registered post from the above-mentioned authorities by sending required Demand Draft along with self-addressed envelope (35 X 25 cm.) affixed with postage stamps of Rs.75/-. The application forms will be available for sale from 16/03/2009 to 30/03/2009. The last date for receiving duly filled application form is 30/03/2009.
The NRI / FN / PIO candidate should submit application on plain paper along with brief resume and all necessary educational documents through their Embassy to Assistant Director General (HRD), Educational Division, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi-110 012 OR Under Secretary to the Government of India (DARE), New Delhi-110 001 OR Head (Placement & Secondment), Educational Consultant India Ltd., 18-A, Sector-16-A, Noida-201 301(India). The last date for NRI / FN / PIO candidate for receiving duly filled in application from any of the above Authorities to the Registrar, MAFSU, Seminary Hills, Nagpur-06 is 15/04/2009. The University shall not be responsible for postal delay.
