Teaching, Research and Extension activities:

Teaching : 

Actively engaged in teaching the various Dairy Microbiology courses.

Research :

 Working on therapeutic benefits of Acido-Bifido-Yoghurt

Extension :

Delivered several AIR talks from AIR, Nagpur and Yeotmal. Also worked as
the Coordinator of Lower Education. Published some extension articles.
 

 Achievements:

Receipient of Best Poster Award, IDA, New Delhi (2003).

Delivered AIR talks on the Topics:

a. “Dugdha Vyawasayatun Samridhi Kade” and
b. “Dugdha Vyawasay aani Antararashtriya Bajarpeth”.

Worked as a Co-PI in a scheme, “Standardization of a method for preparation of Karadkheer: A value-added dairy product of Maharashtra” funded by ICAR.

 Working as a Co-PI in a project entitled, “Demonstration-cum-training in dairying practices for empowerment of SC/ST and weaker sections in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra”.
