IDBI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
You can apply for the AM (Grade ‘A’) or JAM (Grade ‘O’), if you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- AM (Grade ‘A’): You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have two years of experience in the banking or insurance sector, and shouldn’t be below 21 or above 30 years as of March 1, 2026.
- JAM (Grade ‘O’): You have pursued a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and your age shouldn’t be below 20 or above 25 years as of March 1, 2026.
If you are above the upper age limit and belong to OBC-NCL or SC/ST, you claim the age relaxation of 3 or 5 years, but you must have the required document.

Online Test
The Industrial Development Bank of India is all set to conduct the online test for the position of AM (Grade ‘A’) and JAM (Grade ‘O’) on April 16, 2026. There will be a total of 200 MCQs from different sections, whose details are tabulated below.
