The application form for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test June 2026 examination must be filled out exclusively online; no offline submission facility will be available. While applying online, you must ensure that all the details provided by you are accurate, as your application will not be accepted in the event of any errors.

Eligibility Criteria

Junior Research Fellowship
- You have pursued a master’s degree from a government-recognized university with at least a 55% score.
- Your age shouldn’t be above 31 years.
Assistant Professor:
- You have completed a postgraduate degree from an institution recognized by the government with at least a 55% score.
- There is no age limit.
PhD:
- You have pursued a bachelor’s degree with at least a 75% score or a complete master’s degree with a 55% score from a government-recognized institution.
- There is no age limit.
Notes:
- SC, ST, PwBD, and PH category candidates get 5% relaxation in qualifying degree.
- The age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC category candidates and LLB holders, 5 years for SC, ST, and PwD male candidates, and all female aspirants.
Application Fee
